I'm offering you 4 classes at the beginning of each month for new clients only.

All classes are recorded for you to do at a time that suits you, but I'd love to have you live at 6:30am Monday to Thursday!

An hour of deep decompression of the nervous system. Yoga nidra means sleep, but I keep you on the edge of sleep and wakefulness.

Note October are 2 nights later so that can be held on a Sunday to set up a great start to the week!.
